Early Morning Hot Air Balloon Launch

We took the children to City Park this morning for a hot air balloon launch. Our youngest, almost 3, did not want to wake up at 5:30, but with some coaxing, she was ready to go. She thought she was going to ride in one, and was a little disappointed that we just watched.

She said, “We watch “hot o bloons.” As they got higher in the sky, she says, “Look at the tiny ones!”

I know they would really enjoy going up in one, and I want to man the burner. I guess we’ll just have to get one. Do you think we could sew one ourselves?
