		<description>You are so right on the money with this! Blaming other people is definitely a lot easier than taking responsibility, but it will keep us from developing into our full potential. Having personal experience with binding myself with negative thinking, I can vouch for the fact that becoming aware of it and stopping it in its tracks propels you into a life that is filled with more joy and success than you could ever imagine!
