Quit Smoking

You should avoid brushing your hair while it’s wet after a wash because you might be yanking the hair right off your head. Lastly, you should avoid constant heat styling. Heat will weaken the proteins in your hair, and towel or blow drying can make your hair fragile. Both of these actions can increase your hair loss risk.
