		<description>Samuel, my youngest grew Spinach for the first time last year. Wilted a bit (should have planted it earlier in the season) gets really hot here in the Okanagan -even in late Spring.
I agree with you, it&#039;s a great vegetable for kids to have in their veg patch. We can&#039;t wait to plant some more this Spring. My husband makes the most delicious Spinach and Feta Tart.
